Leanne has over 23 years’ experience in the industry and joined DGL Accountants with the amalgamation of her own practice in April 2000. Leanne has a diverse range of clients from small business in the commercial and contracting areas to grazing, sugar cane farming and associated industries.

Tony specialises in rural clients, tax effective business structures and self-managed super funds. Tony started in Public Practice in 1991 and has been a partner at DGL since 1999. He has served a term as the chairman of the Mackay Branch of CPA Australia and is actively involved in numerous sporting clubs and associations in the District.

Chris is one of the seven partners at DGL and has 30 years practice experience.
Chris specialises in all aspects of small to medium-sized business taxation and accounting. Les has been a partner at DGL since the 1st of July, 1992 and has been a qualified accountant for over 19 years. He manages Business Finance Consulting as well as being the specialist Audit Partner. He also has diverse Management, Taxation and Financial Accounting Clients in the Rural and Business Sectors.

Rob joined DGL Accountants (formerly Douglas Gibb and Lewis) in 1990 and was appointed partner in 1991. Prior to this Rob has worked in public accounting practices in Mackay & Brisbane since 1975.
Rob is responsible for managing a diverse range of clientele having a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in accounting and business advisory. He has an excellent understanding of the day to day operations and complexities of business and personal tax and a unique style of working with clients to achieve appropriate strategic advice, innovative solutions and service excellence.
