Les has been a partner at DGL since the 1st of July, 1992 and has
been a qualified accountant for over 19 years. He manages Business
Finance Consulting as well as being the specialist Audit Partner.
He also has diverse Management, Taxation and Financial Accounting
Clients in the Rural and Business Sectors.
Leanne McDowall
Proper Authority Holder with Count Financial Ltd.
Leanne has over 23 years experience in the industry and joined DGL
Financial Solutions with the amalgamation of her own practice in
April 2000. Leanne has a diverse range of clients from small business
in the commercial and contracting areas to grazing, sugar cane farming
and associated industries.
Tony Bartolo
Bachelor of Commerce, Certified Practising Accountant (Public
Practice Certificate), Justice of the Peace (Qualified).
Tony specialises in rural clients, tax effective business structures and self managed super funds. Tony has over 17 years public practice experience, has been a partner at DGL for 8 years and is currently the chairman of the Mackay Branch of CPA Australia.
Rob Eacott
Rob joined DGL Financial Solutions (formerly Douglas Gibb and Lewis) in 1990 and was appointed partner in 1991. Prior to this Rob has worked in public accounting practices in Mackay & Brisbane since 1975.
Rob is responsible for managing a diverse range of clientele having a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in accounting and business advisory. He has an excellent understanding of the day to day operations and complexities of business and personal tax and a unique style of working with clients to achive appropriate strategic advice, innovative solutions and service excellence.
Rob and his team work very closely with clients to strategically grow their business.
Rob is also on the board of AFS Pharmacy and Mackay Yacht Club attending to their corporate governance issues. When Rob is not working he can be found indulging in sailing or supporting any sporting activity which involves his family.
Chris Rackham
Chris is one of the five partners at DGL and has 30 years practice experience. He is the longest serving member of the firm and has a client base that includes a wide range of business' from primary producers to professionals.
Callum Strachan
Bachelor of Business, Certified Practising Accountant.
Callum began working for DGL in June 1994 and after 5 years experience travelled overseas to broaden his knowledge base. He then returned to DGL in 2002 and currently has over 10 years experience with the firm.
Callum has dealt with a wide range of clients from farmers, small business operators to self managed superannuation funds.
Callum aims to provide timely practical advice in a cost effective manner, he also keeps up with changes in technology and is committed to broadening his expertise and suppling a greater level of professionalism to his clients.
Natalie Cant
Bachelor of Business, Certified Practising Accountant (Public Practice Certificate)
Natalie joined the partnership on 1st July 2007 and has over 8 years experience with DGL as a professional accountant providing business advisory, taxation and superannuation advice to a range of clients.
She is highly regarded by clients for her efficiency, attention to detail and pro-active approach to improving their business performance.
